By partnering with our clients, we modernize laboratory processes through the integration of digital technologies, enabling organizations to efficiently manage and analyze scientific data, enhance product quality, and boost operational performance. Your Role In this crucial position, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities focused on client delivery and sales, designing digital lab solutions tailored to industry needs. Your role will include: Defining the vision for clients' digital transformation through thorough assessments and strategic planning. Providing expert insights on digital laboratory solutions to achieve transformative results. Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for proposed solutions. Leading the design and implementation of digital lab solutions using Accenture's proven methodologies. Managing risks associated with client engagements and overall project performance. Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness in project delivery. Contributing to our Scientific Informatics portfolio with thought leadership and identification of strategic initiatives. Pursuing business development opportunities by introducing innovative solutions to clients. Utilizing your technical and industry knowledge to identify and engage new client prospects. Being open to travel up to 50% to various client locations. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC Manufacturing. Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science/Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science/Engineering. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with a consulting firm or a scientific/laboratory informatics organization.
