ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager / Sales Representative with Ryan Paulson - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience in sales or customer service preferred. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
