RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers. I am a proud graduate of Washington State University. We currently have 8 team members at our agency. We have 50+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
