Landscape Install Crew Member

Job Title: Landscape Install Crew Member (Hardscape) Schedule: Full-time, must report for dispatch before 7:30 a.m. Daily Dispatch From: 340 Graham Rd, Wexford, PA 15090 Pay Range: $20 - 25 Reports to: Install Crew Lead Landscape Installation Crew Member Sarver Landscape is seeking a Landscape Installation Crew Member to support high-quality landscape and hardscape installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values teamwork, safety, and professionalism. As part of an installation crew, you'll work under the direction of a Crew Leader and Production Manager to help bring landscape designs to life while upholding our core values of Character, Quality, Respect, and Safety. What You'll Do Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects, including: Grading and site preparation Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Sod installation Drainage work Hardscape construction (pavers, walls, patios, etc.) Follow work orders and instructions from Crew Leaders and management Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment in good working condition Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and material needs Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Represent Sarver Landscape with courteous and professional customer interactions What We're Looking For Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Prior landscape or hardscape installation experience Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Commitment to safety and a positive team environment Sarver Landscape is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
