The Senior Enablon EHS & Operational Risk Analyst/Consultant is an integral hands-on expert responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Enablon solutions in complex client settings. This is a unique opportunity requiring a blend of in-depth Enablon platform experience and real-world expertise in EHS and ORM. Office Locations: Contact Wolters Kluwer Your Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Enablon implementations within EHS, Compliance, and ORM sectors. Convert EHS/ORM business requirements into comprehensive functional design documents that reflect Enablon’s capabilities. Facilitate engaging client workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design. Perform business process and gap analyses to ensure alignment of client operations with Enablon's best practices. Act as the primary functional authority for Enablon through project delivery, assisting implementation teams with user stories, functional clarifications, and design validation. Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to accurately define domain-specific requirements. Participate in project estimations for new implementations and changes. Coach and guide Professional Services consultants throughout the implementation process. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Design, oversee, and enhance Enablon Best Practice Templates, Certified add-ons, and Professional Services documentation. Continuously seek ways to refine internal delivery processes and solution offerings. Key Tasks: Lead requirement gathering and transformation into functional design documents. Direct design sessions and workshops, contributing to various project meetings during design phases and knowledge transfers. Assist in estimating efforts for new projects or change requests. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to elaborate on precise domain requirements. Conduct gap analyses and evaluate the business processes of clients. Create user stories capturing both functional features and non-functional scope, including performance and security. Serve as a key reference for the Implementation Squad to translate functional and business requirements into actionable stories. Provide support and coaching to consultants to accurately implement user stories and meet client functional requirements. Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthen relationship management. Develop and maintain Enablon Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons. Document and uphold professional services processes and procedures. Proactively initiate improvements to internal processes. Required Experience & Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Enablon & EHS / ORM. Hands-on experience implementing Enablon across various modules. Strong functional understanding of EHS, Compliance Management, and ORM. Experience with domains such as Permit to Work, Barrier Management, Operational Safety, and Environmental Compliance. This experience is essential for consideration of the role. You Would be Ideal if You Have/Can: Professional Experience: Experience as a Functional Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Senior Business Analyst with enterprise software. Background in delivering software implementations in regulatory or safety-critical settings. Familiarity with various industries (manufacturing, energy, healthcare, logistics, etc.). Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Communication & Relationship Skills: Confidence facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders. Aptitude for clearly articulating intricate safety, compliance, and risk concepts. Strong skills in relationship building across global multi-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project duration. Autonomy & Leadership: Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently. Proven capacity to lead initiatives, manage workflows, and achieve objectives. Comfortable mentoring others and establishing best practices with minimal oversight. Education & Certifications (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or similar experience.
