As a Senior Associate focused on Workday enterprise performance management, you will help clients enhance operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing ongoing training and support. In this role, you will concentrate on the Workday enterprise performance management (EPM) software suite, which features financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. Collaborating closely with finance and accounting teams, you will work to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and generate insights for strategic decision-making. The Opportunity As part of our Workday Adaptive Planning team, you will implement budgets, forecasts, and reports utilizing Adaptive Planning for finance and workforce initiatives. Analyzing complex financial models, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining exemplary client service are key components of your role, as is effectively managing multiple projects. Responsibilities: Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. Support design, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting efforts for the Adaptive Planning solution. Analyze intricate financial models to aid decision-making processes. Maintain standards of excellence in client service and project delivery. Expand utilization of Adaptive Planning across PwC. Build robust, long-term client relationships. Employ technical expertise to tackle complex problems effectively. Manage multiple projects with efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of relevant experience. Required Certification: Workday Adaptive Planning, Deployment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Certifications: Workday Services Functional, Engagement Manager, Workday Financials. Experience with 4-6 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments. Capability to analyze financial models and implement them within Adaptive Planning. Technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products. Expertise in designing and constructing complex financial planning models. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in business analysis and gathering requirements. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Exposure to business process mapping or re-engineering. The anticipated salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000, and actual compensation will be based on your skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
