Clinical Solutions Advisor: As a Clinical Solutions Advisor at RxBenefits, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Go To Market strategy and ensuring the successful introduction of both our internally developed and strategic partner solutions to potential and existing brokers and clients. You will collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams, offering valuable insights into industry trends and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Include: Deliver presentations at client meetings, events, and online webinars focused on industry updates and new developments at RxBenefits. Take charge of clinical value positioning and adoption of clinical products within our client base. Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management to craft client-focused strategies that showcase our clinical products in alignment with client objectives. Work alongside marketing to curate impactful demonstrations of RxBenefits' clinical value proposition and its alignment with client goals amid a dynamic industry landscape. Provide expert advice on the available clinical value propositions and clinical products for both existing and new clinical programs. Support Business Development discussions by evaluating formulary disruption and the utilization impact of implementing clinical products with selected PBM relationships. Facilitate client understanding of clinical products through engaging presentations and demonstrations, providing ongoing support throughout the selling process. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with broker partners through strategic insight and extensive clinical product knowledge. Assist in ensuring a seamless transition from the sales phase to the onboarding and operations teams, clarifying client requirements for successful implementation. Engage in continuous learning to maintain expert knowledge of RxBenefits' product offerings, including new and existing clinical products and partner solutions. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Clinical Leadership. Required Skills / Experience: Pharmacist's degree is mandatory. Experience in the pharmacy benefits industry, with a clinical and technical background preferred. Ability to quickly grasp complex materials and present them effectively to external audiences. Experience in a sales environment is essential. Strong critical thinking skills to devise strategic solutions for customer needs. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Competency in analyzing key data to identify solution opportunities. Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, fostering relationships. A strong desire for continuous learning and a readiness to tackle new challenges. Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary for this role is $125,000 annually plus an annual incentive.
