Position Overview: The Rubrik Commercial Legal Team is responsible for managing legal contracts and advising on all related transactional revenue streams. We seek a motivated and experienced Contracts Management Specialist to support our dynamic legal team in a fast-paced and collaborative setting. This role emphasizes administrative functions, including: Assisting Commercial Legal with daily processes and workflows. Managing software tools and repositories utilized by the Commercial Legal team. Overseeing the front door ticketing system and liaising with internal sales clients. Providing day-to-day support to Commercial Legal's sales clients. Handling post-signature contract management. Key Responsibilities: Respond to assigned RFP questions pertinent to Commercial Legal. Oversee various Commercial Legal email aliases, ensuring timely responses to requests. Manage the Commercial Legal intranet page and public-facing legal resources. Coordinate the intake tool for Commercial Legal, ensuring requests are effectively assigned and tracked. Support attorneys in managing post-signature obligations with clients. Maintain the Commercial Legal contract repositories and oversight of signature tools. Collaborate with internal sales clients and cross-functional departments on behalf of the Legal team. Create process playbooks and checklists to enhance standardization and efficiency. Act as a liaison between Rubrik Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow. Adapt to changes as Rubrik’s business model and products evolve. Manage additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: BA/BS degree. 4+ years of relevant experience working with contracts in a high-growth environment, either in a corporation or law firm. Proficiency in legal and business technologies, including DocuSign, Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Box, Ironclad, Evisort, and Adobe. Ability to inspire confidence and trust, demonstrating integrity and transparency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with an enterprise sales organization and global colleagues across various functions. Proven ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Quick learner who can prioritize and manage expectations in a high-pressure environment. Experience in enterprise software and/or IT industries, with familiarity in SaaS and cloud-based services a plus. Salary and Benefits: The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are between $84,800 and $127,200 USD. This position is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
