ROLE OVERVIEW: This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring graphic designer with at least 1 year of relevant experience in client-focused roles. You will transform intricate concepts into visually appealing graphics for presentations in a collaborative and supportive environment, with ample opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on training. The appropriate level for this position will be determined during the assessment and interview process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be willing to travel for client meetings and on-site engagements, including trials. Partner with colleagues from diverse specialties to craft innovative problem-solving solutions. Work closely with clients and experts to design impactful presentations, illustrations, animations, and charts. Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (Master's in Medical Illustration preferred but not required). Availability to work some weekends on a rotational basis. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Highly proficient in PowerPoint. Demonstrated skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Excel. Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized. Flexibility to handle several tasks under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and committed. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong networking skills to build relationships with colleagues and clients. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
