About the job Automation Engineer Automation Engineer needs 2-3+ years experience in using Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Automation Anywhere, SQL, GIT, Jira Automation Engineer requires: Lewisville, TX or Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL 2-3+ years experience with Snowflake, AWS, Oracle Proven ability to be self-guided and independent in researching requests, opportunities for automation, looking for patterns, delivering results, and understanding impacts in a highly complex matrix environment; Skilled with Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Demonstrated experience/working knowledge of web-based applications desired but not required. Experience in financial services or related industries preferred Experienced in facilitating project teams, Project Management/Business Analyst Certification (or equivalent work experience) highly preferred Familiarity with Decisioning Rulecoding/programming is beneficial Experience with governance process and procedures is beneficial Strong ability to identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and operationalize applications and processes Strong understanding of root cause analysis processes and tools Automation Engineer duties: Optimize and Automate processes Work collaboratively with all Stakeholders Lead and/or oversee collaboration with business partners in developing requirements for technical solutions that enable to meet business objectives
