KPMG is on the lookout for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology team. This role offers a hybrid working opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring a robust solution roadmap, effective implementation, continuous enhancements, release management, and ongoing support; collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to confirm and validate requirements. Design scalable Marketing Cloud solutions, closely integrated with Sales Cloud, and utilize SQL, Marketing Cloud Automations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud AmpScript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS proficiently. Develop roundtrip API solutions connecting Marketing Cloud with external products and pages, maximize the use of Cloud Pages and APIs where suitable, and oversee Data Extension Synchronization with Sales Cloud objects. Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automations and Journeys that facilitate data flow from data extensions into Sales Cloud, ensuring proper task and event creation; oversee business unit deployments using the deployment manager or independently. Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud's CI/CD pipeline, ensuring multi-org synchronization with Sales Cloud, maintaining existing connectors/integrations, and coordinating new integrations as required. Act with professionalism and integrity, fostering a respectful and courteous work environment at KPMG. Qualifications: At least eight years of proven experience in agile delivery methodologies implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; extensive knowledge of Marketing Cloud Pages, Microsites, Forms, and Form Processing. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, while a high school diploma or GED is required. Strong proficiency in SQL, especially with complex data extensions, data views, and relationships within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In-depth understanding of Marketing Cloud APIs, Data Extensions, and Marketing Cloud SFTP; exceptional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ampscript; ability to utilize code snippets and other coding features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; familiarity with Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, and more. Experience with Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and various third-party products that integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, like Query Studio, CVENT, Qualtrics, ReturnPath, BriteVerify, and the Validity Product Suite. Demonstrated technical leadership, adept at clarifying objectives and ensuring solutions meet requirements; quick learning capacity and strong business acumen to connect across functions effectively. Ability to recognize challenges or underlying issues, articulate ideas, and formulate effective solutions or escalate where necessary; comprehensive understanding of Agile development practices.
