Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in hiring, developing, and leading a passionate team. Use operational tools to achieve excellence and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvements. Manage cash activities and uphold brand standards consistently. Drive implementation of company programs and support local marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well. Assist the Store Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives. Provide exceptional guest experiences. Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Smoothie King. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. The desire to be coached and mentored. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
