We are a different kind of company with a truly unique culture-one that values our employees and shares a deep commitment to serving those who have served our country.Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is seeking experienced MRI Technologists (3 FTE openings) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs at the VA Portland Health Care System.This is a hospital-based diagnostic imaging role serving Veterans. Shift Availability:Full-Time – 80 hours per pay period Shifts may include: 8-hour shifts (5 days/week) 9-hour rotating shifts 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) Rotating weekends and Federal Holidays may be required On-call and call-back coverage required Overtime may be authorized in emergent situations Period of Performance:Base Year: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 This is a multi-year federal contract opportunity offering long-term stability, if interested. Key Responsibilities (What you will do) Operate superconductive MRI systems in a hospital setting Perform complex MRI studies including: Head and neck Spine Abdomen and chest Upper and lower extremities Follow advanced MRI radiologist protocols Screen patients for contraindications (pregnancy, implants, etc.) Ensure patient safety in high magnetic field environments Provide after-hours emergency coverage when scheduled Coordinate with radiologists and referring physicians Follow VA Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging Service policies Maintain infection control compliance and sterile technique standards Provide portable imaging services when required Remain on duty until properly relieved Required Skills: ARRT (MR) certification required Active Oregon state license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Minimum three (3) years of recent hospital-based MRI experience Current BLS certification Experience in high-acuity or complex imaging environments Ability to work independently during off-hours coverage Knowledge of PACS and digital imaging systems Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs occasionally Must read, speak, and write English fluently Ability to pass federal background screening Dynamic Integrated Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer which is committed to a diverse workforce and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender/sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, military/veteran status, citizenship status, the basis of genetic information or any other group protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.
