Your role as a Customer Service Account Coordinator will focus on empowering customers by providing high-quality goods that enhance their daily lives. You'll engage in meaningful work and create a positive impact in our customers' experiences! A typical day may include: Delivering exceptional customer service through friendly, attentive interactions, providing white glove service in-store and during home visits, as well as securing new rental orders in person and over the phone. Participating in deliveries and pickups, showcasing enthusiasm while ensuring safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, adhering to all handling and transportation procedures, and maintaining clean and well-kept vehicles. Contributing to merchandising efforts by keeping the store organized and clean, revitalizing merchandise to like-new condition, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers alike. Minimum requirements include: A high school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record, as you will be operating company vehicles The physical ability to lift and move items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances Strong communication and customer service skills We also seek the following qualities: A passion for building a career, not just holding a job A commitment to enhancing our customers' lives A desire to learn more about the industry Determination and resilience Physical demands of the job: This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to talk and hear consistently. It involves being active all day - standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing are integral parts of this role. Team members must frequently lift and/or move heavy items. All coworkers are expected to adhere to Company safety guidelines while fulfilling the physical demands of their positions. Expected hours of work: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday through Saturday, aligned with store hours. You can look forward to Sundays off and one weekday off. Work schedules and hours may vary throughout the year based on business needs. This summary does not encompass all duties and responsibilities of the position.
