Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Senior Solutions Architect, where your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality integrated software solutions. This role is pivotal in driving project success and ensuring compliance with deployment standards. Leverage your deep knowledge of solution functionality to support Oracle Health and client teams in designing test scenarios, conducting requirement analysis, and validating across various departments. Demonstrate proficiency with testing, deployment, and maintenance tools to optimize project efficiency. Monitor engagement progress closely, focusing on risk assessment and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to change control processes for all project activities executed by both client and Oracle Health teams. Effectively communicate the advantages of Oracle Health’s implementation methodology to both clients and internal stakeholders. Lead testing initiatives in collaboration with Oracle Health and client teams to guarantee thorough test planning and execution. Oversee testing processes to protect business priorities and ensure alignment with client objectives. Align Oracle Health’s IT strategies with client goals to foster collective success. Bring at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a consulting role, showcasing your in-depth expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Essential experience with Cerner Millennium, particularly in areas such as PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, or INA is required. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work closely with client leadership to manage testing projects and validate complex programs, ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders are met seamlessly. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Cerner/Oracle Health implementations is required. Prior experience in clinical or testing environments is essential. Experience in workflow or solution design is a beneficial addition. Legal authorization to work in the United States and the ability to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire is necessary. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the capability to obtain the necessary government security clearance relevant to the role. #LI-MBOH Responsibilities The ideal candidate will lead deployment and testing efforts with a focus on integration validation and stakeholder management across diverse teams. 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle Health implementation, along with strong client relationship management skills and acute attention to detail, are crucial. Effective communication capabilities will be key as you take the lead on projects while participating in business development initiatives. Utilize your independent judgment to deliver exceptional results, implement Oracle solutions, and adhere to best practices while managing moderately complex projects. Salary and Benefits The salary range is between $71,200 and $158,200 annually, in addition to eligibility for bonuses and equity.
