Controls Technician

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform system start-up, checkout, and commissioning for assigned control system projects. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure final systems meet all design and operational expectations. Modify or update control programs as required to achieve proper system performance. Complete accurate checkout documentation and maintain project-related records. Provide customer training on system operation when necessary. Deliver phone support and technical assistance to certified customers as part of ongoing service responsibilities. Assist with office-based tasks, including order placement, documentation updates, and customer communication. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in the Automatic Temperature Controls industry. Prior knowledge of the Carrier Open Line Control System is a plus. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus but not required. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid PA driver's license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
