Join us at Crowe and be a part of shaping the future of our industry. As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clients and project teams. You will confidently collaborate with executives and stakeholders, transforming complex business challenges into innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions. Your fluency in both business strategy and Salesforce platform intricacies will guide you as you provide trusted advice on industry practices. Engaging with customers to discern their needs, you will design solutions that drive their success. Your leadership will also extend to mentoring delivery teams, enforcing architectural governance, and delivering impactful solutions that merge strategic vision with practical execution. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-sales discovery to document business, functional, and technical requirements, generating solutions, estimates, and Scopes of Work. Collaborate with Practice Directors in allocating resources for sold Scopes of Work. Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to capture business needs and define processes. Create comprehensive Solution Designs that reflect business requirements, technical solutions, and project timelines for successful outcomes. Work alongside technical architects and developers to ensure solution designs adhere to best practices and accurate work estimates. Lead project implementations, overseeing architectural design while collaborating with Practice Directors and project teams for timely delivery. Facilitate project kick-off meetings and weekly client status updates, managing project timelines effectively. Provide technical quality assurance of completed work, ensuring compliance with standards and practices. Design and deliver end-user training for clientele as required. Maintain client engagement for new projects, developing clear roadmaps for discussion. Share responsibility with the Project Manager and delivery team for overall project success. Experience & Requirements We seek candidates with: Proven experience and competency with all Salesforce core products. Multiple Salesforce Certifications and at least 5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform. The ability to plan and lead strategy/design workshops for complex engagements. Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. A successful track record of leading multiple enterprise strategic projects from end to end. Experience providing business, operations, and technical consulting to senior leaders from SMB to Enterprise. A detail-oriented, self-starting approach, with the ability to work independently and manage delivery teams. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-enabling collaboration across all organizational levels. Commitment to daily time logging for client and project reporting. A positive, solutions-oriented mindset is essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Prior leadership experience is highly desired. Salesforce specializations beyond the core platform are a plus. This position requires a minimum of 20% travel. The salary range for this role reflects the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
