Part-Time Bell Staff

A Bell Staff member is essential for providing exceptional service by managing luggage transfer and storage, along with responding to guest requests. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver outstanding guest experiences while contributing to the hotel's financial success. What will you be doing? As a member of the Bell Staff, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet and assist arriving and departing guests, escorting them to and from their accommodations. Carefully retrieve and transport guest luggage. Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with these rooms and their features. Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner. Organize and store luggage according to hotel guidelines. Communicate guest feedback and relevant information to the management team. Ensure messages and faxes are delivered throughout the day. Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and attending to the main lobby and front door as needed. Drive hotel-designated vehicles to transport guests to various locations, such as local airports. Help maintain the functionality and appearance of the equipment. What are we looking for?
