Join Our Team as a Global Supply Chain Manager! The ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations team is dedicated to planning and executing supply chain operations efficiently, ensuring that essential data center equipment is available on time and within budget. We are looking for a driven Global Supply Chain Manager to lead our mission. In this pivotal role, you will oversee supply chain operations critical to the success of Meta's Data Center and Corporate Cabling fiber and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive supply plan that maximizes capacity utilization and aligns with business goals, ensuring timely and precise supply communications. Publish build plans to suppliers, monitor lead times, and actively track production schedules while managing any deviations to uphold supply commitments. Proactively identify supply risks and drive improvements in manufacturing and operations through vendor assessments and streamlined processes to prevent disruptions. Assess market conditions and technology trends to identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities. Ensure operational readiness for new equipment, suppliers, and geographical locations within the supply chain framework. Collaborate with Capacity Delivery Leads, Construction teams, and General Contractors to address delivery issues, prioritize site needs, and finalize schedules. Work with demand managers and the procurement team to implement optimal fulfillment strategies for the supply plan. Coordinate with Sourcing & Quality teams to support category strategies and business allocation plans, conducting supplier performance reviews. Champion process improvements to enhance data systems and metrics, ensuring better visibility and accuracy in supply management. Enhance supplier relationships focused on continuous performance improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, and logistics. Proven track record in enhancing and managing supplier performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data, solve problems, and implement effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Business knowledge and prior experience in Fiber and Cabling Infrastructure. Compensation: The compensation for this position ranges from $121,000 to $177,000 per year, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits.
