Lawncare Technician - Join Our Outdoor Maintenance Team! We're seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawncare Technician to keep our grounds clean, healthy, and beautiful. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating well-maintained landscapes, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Mow, aerate, and fertilize lawns Trim bushes and maintain flower beds Remove weeds, leaves, and debris Assist with weed control Recommend improvements for lawn care What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation Experience with fertilization, pest, and weed control preferred Pesticide certification is a plus Physical Requirements: Able to lift/carry 25 lbs regularly and 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Able to walk, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed Travel required- up to 3 hours per day with payment for travel Why Join Us?
