Our client is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to join their team. As a Creative Operations Manager, you will be part of the Creative Department supporting the creative team and project workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Creative Operations Manager Location:Saint Louis, Missouri (Onsite in STL, Monday through Thursday; remote on Friday) What's the Job? Manage and optimize creative workflows to ensure seamless project delivery and resource allocation. Accelerate the use of IMS for offshoring work and support ancillary and contingent support, including freelancers, vendors, and contractors. Oversee onboarding processes for new vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate scheduling and management of freelancers and contractors, maintaining accurate records of agreements. Generate and analyze reports using Adobe Workfront to monitor team workload, project timelines, and resource utilization, recommending capacity balancing solutions. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or resource management within a creative or marketing environment. Proficiency in project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, or similar; expertise in Adobe Workfront is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Understanding of creative workflows and agency processes to streamline operations. Proactive approach with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to act as a liaison between creative leadership and cross-functional teams. What's in it for me?
