Identify and execute opportunities for process innovation and improvement. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. If lacking a Bachelor's Degree, at least three years of specialized training or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college. What Distinguishes You: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Computer Management. Demonstrable experience leading large-scale projects. Proven track record in innovating processes for operational excellence. Strong client engagement experience at senior levels. Ability to apply industry-leading trends for optimal results. Experience in guiding and supporting development teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies in software development. Capability to address complex business and technical challenges. Understanding of cloud platforms and services (such as Azure or AWS). Join us in driving technological advancement and excellence in business processes. The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
