Fire Alarm Systems Technician Join our team as a dedicated Fire Alarm Systems Technician! In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and reliability of fire alarm systems. Your expertise in installation, servicing, inspection, and troubleshooting of these systems will be key to maintaining compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Install, program, service, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure they perform at their best. Conduct thorough inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA 72 standards. Quickly identify and diagnose system issues and execute repairs effectively. Accurately interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device layouts. Work collaboratively with project managers, inspectors, and clients for smooth operations. Document inspections, identified deficiencies, and service reports meticulously. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience with fire alarm systems, including installation, service, or inspections. Deep knowledge of a variety of fire alarm systems and devices. Experience with both conventional and addressable systems is a significant plus. Familiarity with NFPA 72 and local fire regulations is essential.
