Job Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering loyalty through a top-notch retail experience. Utilizing digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding. Completing essential in-store training and staying informed about T-Mobile services and processes. Maximizing your time during shifts by continuously learning about wireless innovations and technology. Collaborating effectively with T-Mobile colleagues across various channels, including business and customer service. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 30 days of T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A genuine passion for customer satisfaction, with the ability to balance exceptional service and performance goals. A strong desire to collaborate with the T-Mobile team, sharing best practices while addressing customer needs. A competitive spirit with confidence to thrive in a bustling sales environment. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: No travel required. Hourly Base Pay: $17.50 Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000 At T-Mobile, every employee's earnings can reach $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives.
