In this pivotal position, you will lead departmental growth, establish a new residency program, and pursue excellence in patient care, research, and education. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an academic institution and may transition to the role of Academic Department Chair at our Phoenix Campus. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, have a minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, and be Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery. We seek a visionary leader with exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to academic excellence, equipped with a thorough understanding of community practice and integrated care. Successful candidates will be confident in building collaborative relationships and will adopt a mission-driven approach, fostering partnership, collegiality, and consensus within the department. A deep awareness of the local community's health needs is essential, as is a willingness to engage actively in community outreach to uphold our organization's mission and vision.
