In this role, you will be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations for 6-8 restaurants Training, developing, and supervising 5-8 Restaurant General Managers Driving sales and traffic growth in your area Delivering outstanding financial results by managing costs effectively Ensuring compliance with food safety and operational excellence standards Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all locations Assisting in recruiting top talent for restaurant leadership positions Developing and executing marketing initiatives that resonate with customers Upholding ethical business practices and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations A minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience is required, and pizza experience is a plus!
