Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy - Castro Valley, CA Clinic Address: 20211 Patio Dr., Suite 205, Castro Valley, CA 94546 Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab in a patient-first environment. Salary: $90,000-$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Salary based on experience, skills, and job-related factors. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible (30-40 hours/week with preference for afternoon shifts) Benefits:Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus $25,000 student loan repayment $750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks $1,500 annual CEU allowance + unlimited MedBridge access 3 weeks of paid vacation + paid holidays Flexible full-time schedule (30-40 hours/week with 8 or 10-hour shifts available; afternoon shifts preferred) Tolls reimbursement for commuters Newly accredited OCS clinical residency program Mentorship and professional development programs 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Employee assistance program Employee referral bonus program Employee discounts and perks Foreign visa and green card sponsorship available at select clinics Responsibilities:Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting Create and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clinical excellence Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members Document patient care using a modern EMR system Comply with all federal, state, and payer regulations Services Provided:Orthopedic and sports physical therapy Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation Pre- and post-operative care Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs Chronic and acute pain management Specialty clinical services Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Why Join Us?
