Job Overview As an Industrial Project Manager, you will play a vital role in our Engineering and Design team, overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception through completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of exciting projects, including ethanol plant improvements, renewable natural gas plant designs, and ag-industrial facility projects. You will work in a flexible and disciplined environment, focused on building strong relationships, inspiring innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring that skills and expertise align with project objectives. Manage complex contract negotiations effectively. Act as the primary point of contact, clearly communicating project scope, schedule, and budget with team members, clients, and contractors. Develop comprehensive project proposals and budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budgeted plans. Manage change requests and employ risk management strategies to minimize negative impacts on project finances. Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment among all stakeholders. Conduct detailed reviews of technical work to uphold the quality of deliverables. Document all project-related correspondence and maintain organized project records. Mentor team members on project management best practices and ensure implementation of safety procedures.
