In this pivotal role, you will spearhead all fundraising initiatives and foster strong donor relationships, playing a key part in developing and executing a dynamic annual donor engagement plan. Collaborating closely with our President and CEO, the Development Committee of the Board, and the entire Board of Directors, you will leverage your expertise in fundraising, including conducting capital campaigns, to meet our mission-driven goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in fundraising within mission-driven organizations, demonstrating a successful track record in cultivating and securing gifts of all sizes. You should possess a strategic mindset focused on relationship-building, coupled with a deep passion for our purpose. Your ability to communicate our story compellingly will be crucial in engaging current and future donors. Experience in grant writing, adept project management, and strong organizational skills are essential. Additionally, familiarity with event management, particularly in fundraising contexts, will set you apart. You will collaborate closely with the Foundation's leadership, students, and alumni groups, ensuring continuous engagement and relationship strengthening.
