Job Description Hamilton Connections is seeking CNC Machine Operators to fill open 2nd shift positions in Farmington, CT. 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday $22/hour + (depending on experience) Weekly Pay Job Summary: We are seeking candidates to fill a CNC Operator role on 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines to produce high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and components - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment - Maintain detailed production records and logs - Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify process improvements and implement best practices Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - Ability to set up, program, and operate CNC machines - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Additional Information Please select "Apply Online" to submit your application for this position.
