Build and nurture strong partnerships with our carrier clients for effective claims handling. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adapt to meet the needs of both insureds and carriers. Communicate clearly, consistently, and timely with all parties involved. Embrace feedback and continually strive for improvement. Efficiently manage your workload while exercising sound judgment independently. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Utilize various claims management systems effectively. Possess a minimum of three years' experience in residential and commercial property adjusting. Carrier experience is highly desirable, and liability adjusting experience is an added advantage. Hold a current, active Xactimate license and possess experience in writing damage estimates for both residential and commercial claims. Successfully pass a background screening. Maintain a current, active license when required. Have the necessary equipment and capability to access roofs.
