At our Panera Bread cafes, we create a warm and inviting atmosphere, serving artisan breads, made-to-order soups, salads, and sandwiches. Enjoy a clean and grease-free work environment. Core Responsibilities: Efficiently process, prepare, and deliver catering orders with attention to detail. Lead a team to effectively manage and execute large catering orders. Provide exceptional customer service by following up with clients post-order and promptly addressing their needs. Manage ongoing catering accounts to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with café teams and the Regional Catering Sales Manager to discover and pursue new catering opportunities. Develop targeted strategies to enhance catering sales through planning, outreach, and effective sales techniques. Utilize Outlook Calendar and online tools for organization and follow-ups. Communicate professionally with clients via email. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, and positively oriented. Able to excel under pressure within a diverse team environment. Proven track record of success in prior roles.
