Minimum of 1 year of current senior living and/or skilled nursing experience. Experience working with geriatric patients. Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants / Geriatric Nursing Assistants (CNA/GNA) to join teams in LTC facilities in Maryland. As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to senior residents. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Monitor and record vital signs as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive high-quality care. Qualifications: Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification. Minimum of 1 year of current senior living and/or skilled nursing experience. Experience working with geriatric patients. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
