The Opportunity Your role as a Senior Associate within the Personal Financial Services team will involve advising affluent individuals and managing their wealth structures. You will be tasked with resolving complex issues, mentoring your peers, and upholding the highest standards of service. This role provides a platform for you to reinforce client relationships and deepen your understanding of their business environments while honing your personal brand in complex situations. Primary Responsibilities: Provide advisory services to individuals. Enhance operations through effective audit and tax compliance. Develop strategies for personal wealth goals. Navigate complex challenges to enhance your personal brand. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 2 years of relevant experience. Public Accountant or commitment to pass CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or be a Member of the Bar. What Sets You Apart: CPA or Member of the Bar qualifications. Experience in consulting affluent individuals on tax planning. Expertise in wealth transfer and business succession planning. Knowledge of international tax planning and compliance. Experience in trust or estate work. Technical skills related to tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals. Skills in research, writing, and consulting on tax issues. Engagement management and document preparation competencies. Creating a positive work environment and providing constructive feedback. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, and location.
