As a Co-Manager at SONIC Drive-In, you get to collaborate with fantastic team members, enjoy competitive pay, and wear a stylish uniform. As a Co-Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our drive-in restaurant. You will support the General Manager in overseeing operations and administration, while also training and assisting team members to ensure we deliver excellent food and service to our valued guests. We strive to create a delightful dining experience for every guest who visits SONIC. Your Responsibilities as a Co-Manager Include: Leading, training, and supporting team members including Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops. Assigning and directing employees to maintain food service standards. Ensuring adherence to the employee handbook, policies, and practices. Handling restaurant opening and closing procedures. Adjusting staffing and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency. Conducting weekly inventory checks as needed. Assisting with administrative tasks, including maintaining files and documentation. Promoting a customer service-focused environment and responding promptly to guest requests and complaints. Are You Qualified? To become a Co-Manager at SONIC, you should meet the following requirements: Availability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations. At least six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years in entry-level retail management. Strong communication skills and basic math, reading, and computer skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and problem-solve effectively. Willingness to adhere to SONIC’s standards for appearance, uniform, and hygiene. Successful candidates will undergo a background check.
