Your Role and Responsibilities: Visit customer homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on how to utilize their technology, while offering additional services that may be beneficial. Maintain a tidy work area and present a professional demeanor, working both independently and as a part of our supportive team. Best practices from our most experienced technicians to ensure your success. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel as needed and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Capable of climbing ladders up to 40 feet and lifting up to 70 pounds. Must meet and sustain a weight limit of 335 pounds. Strong Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and deliver an exceptional experience. Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of tackling a variety of challenges on the spot. Determination: Work well in tight spaces and various weather conditions. Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
