Physical Therapist Assistant Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional ADL (Activities of Daily Living) mobility interventions. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions. Adhere to infection control and hospital policies. Qualifications: Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support) PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) Or PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) Temporary and licensure within 6 months Required Associate's Physical Therapy Preferred 1-year Physical Therapy Assistant
