Internship Highlights This is a full-time, 12-week internship scheduled for summer 2026, where you will: Analyze spending and conduct in-depth supply market analysis for the Supply Chain Management team. Lead efforts in harmonizing data. Create standardized reporting templates. Develop and document common processes. Propose recommendations to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Design and implement specific supply chain initiatives aimed at improving customer responsiveness. Internship Details Hourly wage of $22. Interns are responsible for their own transportation to and from work. Outstanding performers may be offered further internship opportunities or full-time positions. Internship locations include our office in St. Louis Park, MN or our plant in Anoka, MN. Qualifications Required: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or operations management, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. Willing to commit to a full-time internship from June to August 2026. Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. A collaborative focus and willingness to learn. Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment. A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks. Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
