Restaurant General Manager

Exciting Opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager! As a key player in our team, you will report directly to the District Manager and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily financial operations to ensure sustained profitability. Creating and maintaining efficient staff schedules. Leading the recruitment, hiring, training, and orientation of team members. Providing ongoing coaching, counseling, and professional development for staff. Ensuring proper food handling and equipment maintenance. Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and conducting inspections. What We Expect from You: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably in high-volume food service environments. Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including rotating shifts on weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas). A valid driver's license in good standing and reliable access to transportation. Willingness to undergo background screening, including checks for criminal history, driving record, and drug testing. High school diploma or equivalent, and all necessary documentation as mandated by state and federal law. Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results and customer service excellence.
