Financial Data Analytics Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Data Analytics Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Create financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes, implementing best practices and new technologies. Ensure data analytics practices comply with relevant regulations and standards. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with various Corporate and local accounting teams to understand data requirement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the accounting or finance field or computer science. 4+ years of experience in financial data analysis, business intelligence, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software's (SQL). OneStream experience a plus (Maintenance & Development). Excellent understanding of financial principles and practices.
