Senior Concrete Estimator Specialist

Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Concrete Estimator! We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Concrete Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs while contributing to the effective execution of our concrete-related projects. Your expertise will be a valuable asset to our team's efficiency and overall excellence. Compensation: $80K-$110K DOE + Bonus Opportunities and a Comprehensive Benefits Package! Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed estimates for concrete projects, taking into account all relevant factors. Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to ensure precise project planning. Review project documents and specifications to fully understand project requirements. Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to prepare competitive and accurate bids. Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the estimating process. Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and material availability to provide informed estimates. Mentor and guide junior estimators as required. Continuously assess and enhance estimating processes for improved accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in concrete estimating, particularly in commercial projects. Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or equivalent. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. ACI certification is preferred. All applicants will remain confidential.
