A Day in the Life: Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure adherence to KFC standards and protocols. Lead a dedicated team, assisting the Restaurant General Manager with training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews. Oversee inventory management, uphold food safety standards, and address customer concerns proficiently. Manage financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense management. Requirements: What you bring to the table: A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a food service or retail setting, with Profit & Loss accountability, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR). Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy items; stand and walk for the duration of the shift; navigate compact spaces safely; and operate restaurant equipment.
