Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning (UABL) Morris, IL | In-Person Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Compensation Full-Time Salary: $60,000-$90,000/year (based on experience and caseload) Part-Time/Hourly: $55-$75/hour About the Role Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning (UABL) is a growing pediatric autism learning center seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative clinical team. This position focuses on working with children ages 2-10 in a clinic-based setting alongside BCBAs and RBTs. We emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration, functional communication, and individualized care. We are hiring for part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide 1:1 and small group therapy using play-based and functional approaches Support communication, language, and social skill development Provide parent coaching and home carryover strategies Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA team members Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Illinois SLP license (Required) ASHA CCC-SLP preferred Pediatric experience preferred (autism/early intervention a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented and family-centered mindset Schedule Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling available Must be available until 5:30 PM at least two days per week Part-time or full-time options Full-Time Benefits Competitive salary and hourly rates 401(k) with 3% company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Generous PTO package Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement in a growing clinic About UABL Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning is a BCBA-founded clinic providing evidence-based ABA and related services to children with autism and developmental differences.
