Product Repair Technician- Temp to Hire

Duties & Responsibilities: Safely troubleshoot the returned products and determine the needed parts and materials Perform hands-on repairs for returned products, test the assembly for conformance with the manufacturer's specifications, and document the activities correctly Test products to verify operation and accuracy of specs, update firmware and software Maintain a clean and organized work environment Performs other related duties as required Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 3+ years of repair-related experience preferred Experience reading and interpreting assembly/test instructions, engineering standards/prints, and schematics Expertise using standard hand tools, meters, gauges, and other associated test and measurement equipment, as well as the ability to measure current, voltage, and amperage Soldering techniques skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and good time management skills Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation: Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus Position Type: Full Time Office-Based
