What You'll Be Doing: Visiting customers' homes to assess and address their technical needs. Installing and servicing DISH equipment and smart home products. Educating customers on using their technology and suggesting additional services where beneficial. Maintaining a tidy work area and a professional demeanor while independently managing your tasks and remaining connected with your team. Best practice insights from our most experienced technicians. Requirements: Valid Driver's License: A clean record is necessary. Flexible Schedule: Availability for travel as needed and open to shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Capability: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Lift weights up to 70 lbs. Meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer-Centric Attitude: Ability to build trust and create outstanding experiences. Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of tackling a variety of challenges on the spot. Resilience: Able to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
