The Opportunity Become an integral part of our Business Application Consulting team, leveraging Dynamics 365 Applications to create tailored solutions for clients. In this role, you will analyze complex issues, mentor others, and maintain high professional standards while building meaningful relationships with clients. Your contributions will extend across the lifecycle of Dynamics 365 solutions, enhancing both your technical skills and personal development. Responsibilities Utilizing Dynamics 365 Applications to design impactful solutions. Understanding client needs and advising on D365 business cases. Managing project tasks for timely delivery within budget. Building strong connections with clients in uncertain circumstances. Mentoring team members to maintain high performance standards. Analyzing complex issues and formulating strategic solutions. Deepening your understanding of client requirements. Ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification. Proven success with Dynamics 365 Applications (F&O, CE, Project Operations, etc.), along with other Microsoft solutions. Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products. What Sets You Apart Certifications in Dynamics 365 applications are a plus. Strong background in implementing D365 solutions. Experience in client interactions to grasp key requirements. Advising on complex D365 business cases. Conducting business process analysis and developing process flows. Managing project timelines and deliverables effectively. Demonstrating skills as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. Using project management expertise to lead engagements. Providing constructive feedback to junior staff. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
