Join Our Team as a Payroll Operations Supervisor! Your Impact on Our Success: As the Payroll Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing our payroll process to ensure our dedicated employees receive accurate and timely payments. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, all while leading a committed payroll team. Your Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle payroll operations, including timekeeping, data entry, and precise calculations of wages, bonuses, and deductions across various states. Ensure successful payroll processing for all pay periods, including regular, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls. Manage payroll tax compliance, wage garnishments, and year-end processes such as W-2s and 1095-Cs, ensuring adherence to all labor laws. Produce and analyze payroll reports to inform decision-making and budgeting, addressing any discrepancies to uphold accuracy. Maintain an organized filing system for payroll records to ensure compliance and ease of reference. Collaborate with internal and external partners to address issues and implement payroll best practices. Lead the enhancement of payroll systems and software to boost operational efficiency and streamline processes. About You: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum five years of experience managing payroll functions. Valid Driver's License. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred. Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, SOX, and accounting principles. Proficient in payroll software including UKG Workforce Management, SAP Employee Central Payroll, and ADP. Exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience in managing and nurturing a payroll team. What Makes Us Great...
