As the Senior Program Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate closely with TA Leadership to drive initiatives, support operational excellence, and promote our employer brand. This role combines project management, strategic communications, and support in a dynamic and high-impact environment. Your Daily Responsibilities: Support TA leadership on strategic initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities Manage project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional alignment Assist in the creation and implementation of TA processes, programs, and workflows Develop presentations, communication materials, and reports for leadership Collaborate with TA, HR, Marketing, and Communications to enhance employer brand messaging and TA content Maintain playbooks, guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancements What You Need to Succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Project/Program Management, Marketing/Branding, or similar fields Exceptional communication and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) It would be advantageous if you also possess: A Master’s degree PMP, PHR/SPHR/GPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification(s) Join Our Team at GXO.
