We are seeking a Technology Project Manager who will spearhead the planning, oversight, and execution of critical technology projects focused on Infrastructure and Information Security. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and a successful history of managing complex technology initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional technology teams, including developers, infrastructure specialists, information security experts, architects, and data engineers, to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Prior experience in managing Infrastructure and Information Security projects is essential. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to clearly define project objectives and scope. Create and maintain project schedules and budgets effectively. Work alongside resource management to obtain project team members and conduct ongoing capacity planning and forecasting. Lead project meetings to discuss status and collaborate on solutions. Prepare and present regular project roadmaps and updates to keep stakeholders informed. Keep leadership informed regarding any key issues that could impact project deliverables and outcomes. Implement and promote best practices for project management methodologies. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional technology teams to drive complex projects to completion. Experience managing projects related to Information Security, including areas such as SIEM, IAM, threat management, and data security, among others. Familiarity with managing infrastructure projects like Cloud operations and network architecture. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Program management experience is a plus. Ability to oversee multi-functional project teams with 10-15 members. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and develop solutions. The annual full-time salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, with specific compensation determined through interviews and consideration of relevant education, experience, and other factors.
