Responsibilities: What You’ll Do In this role, you will support core functions of the accounting team, including: • Processing and calculating agent commissions, preparing statements, and generating timely payments • Ensuring accurate and complete transaction data entry and reconciliation for real estate closings • Researching and resolving commission questions or discrepancies with professionalism and accuracy • Managing daily cash processes, including deposits, wires, cash position analysis, and journal entries • Reconciling accounts receivable and maintaining clean, current financial records • Maintaining vendor files and generating internal financial reports as needed • Assisting with follow‑up on past‑due accounts and responding to information requests Qualifications: What You Bring • High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred • Experience in AP/AR helpful but not required —we’re willing to train the right fit • Strong accuracy with numbers, including commission and percentage calculations • Solid computer skills, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus • A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Professional communication skills and a team‑oriented approach Compensation: $46,800 - $50,960 yearly• What You’ll DoIn this role, you will support core functions of the accounting team, including: • Processing and calculating agent commissions, preparing statements, and generating timely payments • Ensuring accurate and complete transaction data entry and reconciliation for real estate closings • Researching and resolving commission questions or discrepancies with professionalism and accuracy • Managing daily cash processes, including deposits, wires, cash position analysis, and journal entries • Reconciling accounts receivable and maintaining clean, current financial records • Maintaining vendor files and generating internal financial reports as needed • Assisting with follow‑up on past‑due accounts and responding to information requests • Cross‑training with department teammates and supporting the Accounting Manager on various tasks Compensation: $46,800-$50,960 per year
